Output CSV file with one word in header

How generate a CSV file with one line in header? I tried with this workflow but i doesn't work.

I would like this output without comma on right:

Hi @igorfv You can concatenate the column before the output and then just output the 1 column. Use the Transpose tool to bring all the columns into one column then the Summarize tool to concatenate the rows together.
