I used the Outlook input tool to read emails. In the last 4 months, this tool has been working fine in the production gallery. But suddenly from last Friday, I have been getting an authentication error in the production gallery. Still, it works fine when I manually run the workflow in the Alteryx designer.

The obvious culptrit would be either a differnet username/password on server vs on Designer. the second most obvious culprit would be a network rule changed.
I am using same username and password and the network rules are the same. May I know what am I missing?
