Hi Team,

Wanted to know is it possible to read and download latest email with attachment based on subject name.

When running the same im getting all attachments downloaded from beginning.

I want to download attachment based on subject name.

If anyone can share me sample worklfow will be helpfull

What are you using?

• Outlook 365 Input Tool?
• Gmail Connector?
• Outlook Input (Office 365) Tool?
• Python or R code?

Which version? What are the settings? Do you have Outlook server settings for grouping conversations turned on? Are you filtering on sender as well as subject?

Hi @KGT  Im Using Outlook 365 Input Tool version - Outlook365_py3.10_v1.2.1

connecting - signin via internet browser.

im selecting inbox as folder to read email latest

i dont see any option to filter any email.

when running the same im getting all mails i just want mail with subject contains my test email

OK, so there should be another search window on the data tab where you can put custom searches. That's where you would need to refine the search from just "Subject". Something like received:"this week", but I don't think outlook has a search for "most recent". Check here for details on that search.
