Outlook 365 Input Tool - Erroring on Including Subfolders

Question

I am using the Outlook 365 Input Tool to gather emails from a shared inbox (though this also happens with my mail folders).

I can successfully gather emails from any single folder.

Using the same settings except changing to "Including Subfolders" causes an error

Any thoughts?

I don't know how, but this issue seems to have resolved itself
