Out put folder to xls

hello I have a query regarding XLS output file

the columns in all output file is exact

I have chosen on "3 output option " for the output work flow - Append existing

however when i look at the file i amended to it doesnt have the new lines, am i missing something?

why doesnt the new data get amended to the file

The apending worked, it was my oversight I did not realise my data started on line 100
