I'm fairly certain that it is not possible without the desktop scheduling license. Otherwise it may be against the terms of service.
As @Luke_C points out - this tends to be against the terms of service. If you dig around community you may be able to find some discussion of how to do this. I would posit that if Alteryx wanted to crack down on this - they should start by removing posts on the Community detailing how to do this...
