Only Enable 'Run' and edit Macro input in the workflow

Hi

i wondered how i can only give certain users ability to run and edit Macro input but no right to overwrite other sections of wfs?

If you don't want users to be able to see/update certain parts of the workflow, you can turn that section into a macro and then encrypt it.

Simply place the section you want to maintain in a new workflow surrounded by macro input and output tools. From there, go to Options > Advanced Options > Encrypt Workflow.

You can then add the macro to your workflow and it won't be able to be changed.
