One work flow with two outputs to two different locations.

I have a workflow that outputs the same excel sheet to two different file locations.  I have read & write permissions to both  locations.  The job runs with no errors but the output for both is going to the same location.  I have deleted and added the output tool and configured from scratch, but the flow keeps picking up the other location on both desktop and server. 

Any suggestion on how to  correct this issue?

Do you have any formula with a path that could be replacing the one you have in the output? Is it possible to share the WF? Thanks!
