Offsetting totals

Hi have some issues flagging the offsetting values here as there are more than one instances when i use excel formula. I basically need a flag as shown in column B for the numbers that offset to zero. your help is greatly appreciated!

@ManuelRodrigues what is the logic to calculate the offsetting values? Eg: 5124.75 has three instances where where the two are yes and one is no
