OUTLOOK TOOL/SHARED CALENDARS

Good Morning/Afternoon All

I am trying to create a team calendar in tableau so that when someone updates their weekly movements the whole team can quickly.

I have tried and tested this but the outlook tool doesnt seem to want to show shared calendars, only mine. Has anyone faced this issue that has a solution to modify/create my own macro to get this set up?

How will Alteryx play its part here?

Well i would need alteryx to get the calendar information from outlook via alteryx, was hoping there was a work around with the outlook tool in alteryx to get this data.

Searched the interne, it seems there are 3 ways

1. if you can write some codes, you can connect your Tableau to Outlook Calender.

2. If you are rich, you can use some importer tools.

i have already used the outlook tool as stated but couldnt get it to work for SHARED calendars, it works for my calendar, but not the ones that are shared with me. 

Do you have any experience of this?
