Hi,
I am currently using the 32 bit version 10.6 and there was an update done to the Oracle OCI DB that required modifying the TNSNAME file.
After the TNS file was changed, I was unable to connect to the DB via Alteryx. I get the aforementioned error every time. I am able to connect via Brio and a confirmation was also done with SQL Developer.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The issue was resolved by installing a newer version of Alteryx, which required updating drivers, and installing the appropriate oracle suite.
