ODBC Connection to Smartsheet Issues

Question

Having issues connecting to Smartsheets and receiving these errors.  I read several posts but not getting the same results.

* Using the 32 bit ODBC connection, nothing happens at all.
* Using Generic ODBC connection, I get this error:

3.Using a token with generic ODBC, I get this error.

Any ideas how to resolve?  Thanks in advance!

This link is outdated.  Steps 1 & 2 were fine, but 3 was a no-go.  I get the following messages:
