ODBC Connection freezes

When i try to connect the ODBC to Alteyx 2020 it just freezes . Any known freezes i waited for more than a hour

Hey @draghava 

What database over ODBC are you connecting to?

Are you on a VPN?

Is your machine hardwired or on Wifi?

 

VPN and WiFi will naturally slow down the connection and can lead to the freeze you are seeing.  

The type of database will give us a relative indicator of what type of lag to expect.
