OCI Invalid Handle error?

This might be a silly question - but I'm getting an error when connecting to an Oracle DB using the same credentials that have always worked in the past. OCI Invalid Handle. I can connect to this database using other tools such as Oracle SQL Developer. I haven't changed the password. What is my play here? Thanks!

Well turns out the password had been deactivated on our db provider's end - false alarm. Thanks!
