When I try to download the updated version of Alteryx, 'new versions' is disabled.
Can anyone help to sort it out?

Hi @Kamran1991 - You likely have multiple orgs in your profile. Try selecting the dropdown and changing your organization and the 'New Version' tab will likely become available.
