Not able to get a trial version

Hi can someone help. am trying to access a free trial version in my system but when I install am getting the below which already has a email id am not able to re register or edit the email id. I can I register and avail the free trail version. Please help

@Lumjing, if you have activated the Alteryx trial earlier version on the same system earlier then you might not be able to activate it again.

If that is not the case then try reaching out to support@alteryx.com they will help you.
