Not able to connect to the Schedule Workflow

Hi Alteryx Team,

in our team, we recently deployed Alteryx Server & the Alteryx Designer.
But when I want to schedule a workflow from my designer it is throwing me an error "Scheduling is not been enabled on this server. Contact your server admin to enable scheduling".

Here i'm the server admin & I have enabled myself to schedule the workflows.
Can you help me to understand where it is going wrong?

There isnothing like this on the asset on Server? What version of Server do you have?

I'm using the latest version of the server 2023.1, I'm not able to see the schedule options in the server.

Interesting! Since it's enabled for you as a user, it must not be enabled overall for the Server. Is this turned on in Server Admin Settings?Not able to connect to the Schedule Workflow snap #2.PNG

Bingo!
This was not enabled, I enabled it right now & everything is sorted now.
