Not Able to Access Certification Exam

I am Attaching the screenshot. According to the below screenshot, am should be able to take my test as per today's date and time. Still it is showing lock.

Please look in to this issue.

Hi @MitaleeKadam I believe that the reasons why you can't do the exam is due to timezone in your user settings as this determines when you can do the exam. I think the default is Pacific Time so currently it's early morning hence why you are unable to do the exam. You can update the Time Zone under My Settings - Preferences.
