A colleague of mine is requesting an account at Alteryx through the standard registration process. A note says that verification code was sent, but it is not received by my colleague. He tried registration on business and private email addresses, none of them worked in terms of receiving a verification code.
Is there anyone else experiencing a similar issue? In our company standard users like us seem not to be able to use white lists or black lists for incoming emails. Gmail.com email should work, but also here: no code received.

No issues experienced here - maybe try the phone verification method.
