No access to Tool Palette in Designer 2020.3

Hi all

 

could someone tell me please how to fix this issue. I have no Tools in Designer. I have below error message. Thanks

This is probably a problem with the way that Designer is installed.  I'd reach out to support@alteryx.com for help here.
