New to Macros for Parent/Child Hierarchy

Hi everyone,

I am new to creating Macros and haven't been able to find the right solution online. I am trying to create a 2 column parent/child hierarchy relationship from a multi column document. I've attached a document to show the original data format and the format I am looking to create. Any help would be greater appreciated! Thank you!

Thank you but I have Alteryx Designer x64 and cannot open a newer version workflow.

Use this guide to downgrade the workflows.
