New reporting tools??

So, at INSPIRE they unveiled a new suite of reporting tools that were supposed to be released in the next update. But I just downloaded 11.3 and don't see any new tools... any info on when those new reporting tools will be available?

Alteryx did not change the reporting tools in this update. They only added a Visual Layout tool, that effectively does not add any new capabilities, instead the new Visual Layout tool, makes arranging Reporting objects easier.
