New field/column to create from existing data

Hello,

I need some help - total Alteryx beginner here.

I have a data set and I would like to create a new column based on the existing data. What I would like to achieve is to have the Summary Category based on the Category column. Or I am happy if I can get rid of the word Spreadsheet, in that case I do need to create the extra column.

I am not good at the conditional formatting and probably it is a simple solution.

Many thanks!
