New Record Detect comparing old records.

Hi, I am new to Alteryx. 

I have a table which gets updated 2 or 3 times a week with the timestamp. I need to compare the current records timestamp to previous record timestamp, to detect If a new record is added or deleted.

Any help is appreciated !!!

Here is one way of doing this:

I assumed that ID's were Unique.
