Need to lookup a row of INPUT Values nd match to another Row of Data

Hello I am a beginner, so might be a simple solution that I cannot put together,

I am thinking this might work with Multi-Row Formula but not sure?

I have 2 columns (simplified example)

I need to check every row in Column "NAME" for ALL entries in "INPUT LIST OF NAMES"
If the ROW contains e.g. "Smith" I want a new Column "RESULT" to tell me that the text "Smith" is contained in the NAME.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
