Need to create and import and defined field setting for flat file layout

Hi,

I am using the Flat File Layout to define fixed field width for a large text file.

I want to use the ' Use Field Settings from File' option to import my settings for the layout, but I am not familiar with it.

The text has a fixed length for each field (see below). Can someone help create this field settings file please?
