Need to build check basis quarter

I have the below data for which I need to check Flag for 1 if have received data for complete Quarter else 0. for eg. in the below mentioned table, I have received data till May which is Q2 and I'm still expecting data for 1 month in Q2 so my flag will be 1 for Q1 only and in July when i get Jun data complete Q2 will be flagged as 1. Please help

How do you know you have received data from a specific month? Is this based on current date? Like, by July 1st, will you have received data from June already?

yes, I have a field which has current feed date. so in my case its 05/31/2020 so have recievd data till may
