Need one help on DateFormat

I need help in below date format
Period  Start   Period End 

01-Jan- 2021  31-Mar-2021  then period will be 1Q2021 i.e 1st quarter

05-Apr-2022   30-June-2021 then period will be 2Q2021 i.e 2nd quarter
