Hi,

 

I've problem to find out Time difference if second event falling on next day.  Refer the enclosed sample file

See if this is a short solution for you.

IF Out  Time is less than In Time, then you divide the calculation in two:

Out Time - 00:00 + 23:59 - In Time + 1.
