Need help related to Gallery

Hi All,

If I hold my cursor over my name in the top right corner of the Alteryx Gallery for our Testing server, I can see an option to go to the Admin Page from where I can be able to carry out further admin functions.

However, there is no possibility to access the Admin page when using the Gallery URL for our Production server. Only it's showing 'My Profile'

Why is it the case? I posted here to ask for more assistance because I don't know.

most logical explanation - you are an admin of your Testing server. You are NOT an admin of your production server.
