Need help on using using multiple tabs in Alteryx app

Hi All, 

 

I have 3 regions apac, EMEA and whem

 

3 regions have different inputs and common inputs and selections, how can I create 3 different tabs in Alteryx interface tools and combine them.

 

please suggest me with example
