Need help cleaning nested data

Question

Hello, need help cleaning data that is nested. The first row is a total row and then the rows beneath it ihave the information broken down. This data continues for 100,000 rows and continually does the same thing with each new industry. Picture attached. Thanks in advance!

by cleaning data you mean extract the data with information broken down and remove the total rows?
