Hey there, not in Bangalore, but figured i'd offer some high-level advice. There are many things you can do to compare two files. Obviously in order to get them into your workflow and in a state that can be compared, you'll need to input them and then join (or Union) them.
From there, techniques like counting rows, summing numeric data columns, counting columns, concatenating fields and comparing them side-by-side, or even comparing key fields side-by-side are all valid data-quality checks that can be done to different datasets. A lot of these approaches us base tools, like the Summarize Tool along with the Formula Tool.
I hope that gets you started. If you can provide some sample data, I'm sure I or others from the community would be happy to build out a sample workflow to show. Please also include what kinds of comparisons you'd need to have occur.
