Need Help with Alteryx software installation with free trail

Question

One of my friends install Alteryx desktop designer in his laptop and after expiration of the account when he try to reinstall the application with a new email ID, it throws an error as the trial period ends. He has deleted all the files from the below paths. Please help how he can install Alteryx desktop designer using fresh account creation . Program Files: C:\Program Files\Alteryx AppData: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Alteryx and C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Alteryx

Go to options in your designer > manage licenses > setting> view partner license data manager > edit machine serial number > add your new email.

Hi @sovansaha

you can download the application from the below link:

https://www.alteryx.com/designer-trial/free-trial-alteryx

it will give you a free trial 14 days after that you are not able to use. but if have any student id card in which you have the valid date of joining and expiry date. then you can get the student license. Student license give you access 1 year of access.
