You have a column with no header; see screenshot below (yellow highlight). Delete this column and the error goes away.

Robin_McIntosh is correct. Your next to last field doesn't have a header. Either delete it or enter text in the header line.

Care to actually post the text file? Also, is it anything beyond curiosity if it can be done with 'only' the text input, or is there a functional purpose behind 'only the text tool?

Just playing around the tool.
I have done adding rows and columns to make this a table. Was wondering if there is any easier way?

@Inactive User - When you bring the text file into Alteryx, you can set the delimiter and indicate if first contains headers.
