Multiply rows of a column by a number

Greetings everyone.
I am trying to multiply each cell of the column amount with a certain value.

The cells of the column are in USD and I want to convert them to euro.

Hope the picture explains it.
What would be the fastest way to do it.
I know about filling up the value with multirow formula tool, I was looking for another way.
