Multiple Join: Out of sort/join memory

I am trying to run the workflow but getting the error in join tools " Out of sort/join memory, try increasing the settings ". 

Can someone please help me to resolve this issue?

could you add the using a formula, that might be a work around? Other ways might be trying to stitch off the browse setting
