Multiple Ageing Bracket and Percentage

Hi Community,

I have the data which consist of multiple ageing bracket criteria and percentage for each item as per screenshot below. Each group of data and type consist of different ageing bracket and percentage .

I would like to use the above criteria to calculate ageing months and discount for the following data as per screenshot below.

And the result will be as follow:

May i know if there is anyway to build the workflow more dynamically based on the criteria - Data A?  I had attached the desired result in the excel file below.

Thank you for asking me this question and it make me take a step back on whether mine initial thought will really contribute to more dynamic workflow or not.

After comparing the workflow that i tried to build and your workflow, your workflow more dynamic and easy to modify. I had completed analysing your workflow and have one query as below:

1. May i know how can i use the formula below effectively?

What do you mean by saying effectively @SH_94 ?

What this formula does is it checks whether a cell under the percentage column is empty/null. If it is, then replace it with the maximum discount, which was 100% in the data you have provided.
