Multilevel Product Hierarchy

Hello,

I am trying to create a multi level product hierarchy but I am not sure how to generate the additional rows. Currently, I have an input file with entries highlighted in green and I would like to generate the full hierarchy with all entries (highlighted in green and yellow).
