Multi-row Formula calculation

I am trying to use multi-row Formula tool to calculate the diff (subtract prior month from current month) in a new column and calc the % of change. But it give me 0, something not right. Can anyone help? Thanks.

8/1/2023 50,000      0
9/1/2023 35,000      0
10/1/2022 2,548      0
3/1/2024 58,426      0

1/1/2022 25,163      0
