Multi Row Count Nulls Grouped by ID

Hi folks!

Easy question on multirow formula. I am not acquainted with this tool as it may seem a little daunting for me.

I need to count the number of null rows above a certain number. See column on "ItemsCompletedOnDay". On '2021-06-21", I should have '4' in my newly created column. On '2021-06-18', it should be 3. So technically the newly created feature will have a rolling count starting from 0 , 1, 2 , 3, 4, 0 (because on 2021-06-21, we have '2' items completed.

Dragged a dataset for your convenience. Would love if someone could quickly help me! Thank you.

You will like the Multi-Row formula tool once you get acquianted with it. 😂

Basically we assign 0 for the new column if the Colum "ItemsCompletedOnDay" is not Null, then add 1 if it is.
