Multi Field Formula to copy previous column value

Hi - Is it possible to use Multi-Field formula tool and copy value of the previous column in the empty columns.

Here for RecordID 2 and 3 I want to fill the empty columns on the right with the previous columns value.

I am interested to use Multi-Field formula if possible.Thanks

This is possible by using the multi-row with the help of cross tab and transpose tool.
