Multi Field Formula assistance

Hi - I can use some guidance with this excel when working out a formula whereas:

Cover Units and relieved based on available short units taken from a Trade Date order. For the example here cover on 06/25 is to be relieved in full from short units on 10/01, and partial on 02/01. Remaining Units are to show and then be relieved based on the following cover trade.

Then, I need to create an average cost for the short units based on the same relief methodology above. Example being calculate average unit price on available units. For the above mentioned example, the short position from 10/01 would be included in the first average cost calc however for the following cover trade it would not be included as it was already relieved.

Can someone please assist as I believe this to be one for a Multi Field formula.

Hi @shaycaravella1

This seems like a bigger ask than just a multi-field formula tool. On it's face, it seems more like a multi-row but potentially even some sort of iterative macro. Would be helpful if you provide your desired output. Also, is your sample data representative? Looks like stock data but I don't see a CUSIP or Ticker. If that field is expected it would be good to include to get the best approach, as there will likely be some configuration of groupings.
