Moving cell value to a different row

I was hoping someone could assist me. I would like to move the value in column C to a different row. Please see below:

Input:

A   B   C

1   2    3

Desired Output:

A   B  C

1  2   

          3

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
