Moving all data in a row over to the right if a condition is met

I have a workflow involving the pdf macro. The workflow is working except occasionally people will leave a column blank in one particular column in the pdf which causes the data in that row to be shifted to the left (see below) last row in column F 18. I want to make it so if F18>100 all the data in that row gets shifted to the right.
