Movement(Difference) by Month

Hello Team,

I have a dataset that contains the month columns in string format. Jan FTE, Feb FTE, Mar FTE, upto Jul FTE from the previous file and a column named "CURRENT MONTH" of which I want Alteryx to rename it to the last reporting period which is Aug to be concatenated to the word "FTE".  

I also want to get the difference of the CURRENT MONTH to the last Month (JUL FTE) and the difference to be populated in the column "HC Movement".

Attached is the Dummy Input and Output tabs.

There are several ways how to do it.
One of them will be use the Field Info Tool to get the list of headers, then after cleaning the text from FTE convert it to Month name (in date format) and with the use of Multi Rows you can tell it To add one month to the row above it. Then you can use a Dynamic renaming tool to replace Current Month with the value that you have.
