Mongo Connectivity failed

Hi,

I am getting the below error while trying to connect to the MongoDB Input tool. The Database drop down and the Collection drop down are not populating with database values. 

Any input would be helpful.

In my experience with this tool, you have to manually type the Database name, refresh, and then you'll get the Collection list drop down.

I tried but same result. My mongo need LDAP authentication not sure is that something to do with the issue.
