Modification log in an Alteryx Workflow

Hello,

Does anyone have a good example of a Modification Log for an Alteryx Workflow?

Much like when I worked as a C# Developer we had a modification log at the top of our file where we could like the date and our changes.  This is strictly for comments.

Hi Michael,

We simply use a comment box and add a new line each time a change is made.

Date - Name - Change description.

Here's an example of the workflow "header" that I use. I just put the change history in a comment (which is inside of a tool container, so I can collapse it when it gets too long):

This is an interesting question - there have been threads on workflow templates generally (e.g. here), but I haven't seen other examples of a revision history.
