Missing header details with Render tool and column adjustment

Hi

I was using the Render tool to output 3 sheets into a single excel file.

I have a few questions:

(1) For Sheet 1, I am not sure why there are missing details for the headers. Eg. "Bill to Country (2)" becomes "Bill to Coun (2)".

(2) For Sheet 2, I am not sure column B is so wide. 

If there anything wrong with my configuration? 

Also, for "Table width" / "Layout width", is there a difference between automatic and percentage?

You can replicate if the number increases.

For the highlighted, (2) For Sheet 2, I am not sure column B is so wide. 

Please find the below workaround.

Sheet2 with Decreased Column Size:

Sheet1:

The highlighted tools in yellow are added in addition to decrease the size of the column in sheet2 render output.

Please do add in your workflow and let me know if works.

I hope you might not be able to share the entire workflow with complete data in it.

Can I ask a small help to delete the data and keep the column heading only and share the workflow.

It will be helpful to check and resolve the below issue which you are still facing.

I have tried this but the size of the 3 sheets appears the same in the output file. Below are some screenshots for the settings in render tool. Is there anything that I'm missing? Thanks

Hi @Vanessa_JWS 

Please be informed that, the Block Until Done is used rewrite on the same output file without throwing the error that file is Already in Use.

That worked perfectly in Output tool, but not able to render in the same output file in different sheets. It creates new files with different sheet names.

Hence I have added some text tool in the end and linked to table tool to decrease the width of the columns to be less.

I see you have used 3 render tools in Block until done, if I am right all the 3 sheets would have generated in the size format selected.

Try my latest post on to add empty text tool to decrease the size of the columns while rendering.

Thanks for sharing the partial workflow, it helps to some extent to solve the issue 2.

I have amended the workflow.

Removed this block until done and created as single render tool.

Added the below for Sheet 2 to have less column size.
