Missing Certification for Alteryx Designer Core

I took the Alteryx Designer Core Certification Exam on February 9th, 2025, and received my digital badge, but I have not yet received my official certificate. I have checked my email (including spam/junk folders) and my Alteryx Community account, but the certificate is not available.

Sometimes it can take a few days. I know some of my certifications took up to a week to full process and to receive the email from credly. I would give it a little more time, and then reach out to somebody who works for the community directly if it still isn't showing up for you. Congrats by the way!
